Once your account is approved and you’re logged into, it’s important to tell perspective employers what you are doing and show them what you look like. Since, you fill out your profile when you register, the next step is to start uploading pictures of yourself.

Upload a profile picture avatar if you didn’t during registration. It should be a cropped head shot, but really it can be anything you want.

1. In the bar where it says My Account go to profile, and then click edit profile.

2. Scroll down and click the link Change Avatar.

3. Click browse and locate the picture you wish to upload.

4. Click Upload image.

5. Crop the image and click save changes.

You’re done.

Now you want to start uploading pictures of yourself that employers will see.
It’s highly recommended that at least 3 of your pictures are industry
standard, head-to-toe, front, back, and side pictures, and fully nude.

For Example:

You can add any kind of pictures you like but most employers like to see those to know if they can book you immediately. They don’t have to be professional, just enough to see what you look like. Also, add pictures from your portfolio. If you have any trouble uploading just let the site administrator know.

Now that you have your Pictures uploaded, your profile set, you can start getting active.
The way you do that is:

1. Go to My Account

2. Go to Activity and Click Personal

3. Underneath where it asks you what’s new? Just type in what kind of opportunities you are interested in and let employers know what kind of person you are. You want to make a good impression so just be honest in what you want to do.  Be sure to list what you are willing to do and what you’re limitations are.  The more thorough you are  the easier it will be for someone to hire you.

As you work with the site, you can update your profile as often as you like. You can
leave messages about your experiences with certain employers; jobs you do, or just you’re still looking for work.

You can communicate easily with all the members of the site, and just get a feel for what
kind of projects people are working on, when, where, and most importantly how much you can make.
